Raymone Kral & Associates Staff

Dr. Raymone Kral, LP, LMFT, LICSW

Raymone is a Licensed Psychologist, Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker.  She provides a broad range of psychological services to families, couples, individuals, children, adolescents and the elders of society. 

 

Dealing with mild behavioral problem to extreme acting out, she specializes in the assessment and treatment of sexual abuse victims, the assessment and treatment of children with Reactive Attachment Disorder (RAD), personality disorders, adolescents with dual diagnoses, major mental illness, couples counseling, and family and marriage counseling.

 

Raymone listens to what her clients have to say and has the unique ability to identify with them. She uses a variety of strategies to help her clients to achieve their goals. 



Dr. Jerry C. Bakka, Ph.D., LP

Dr. Bakka is a Licensed Clinical Psychologist with nearly 20 years of experience.  With a B.A. in psychology from U.S.C and a Ph.D. in clinical psychology from Columbia University in New York, he has worked in a variety of settings including the medical schools/hospitals of Columbia, Cornell, NYU and UCLA and the West Los Angeles Veterans Medical Center.  This work included the treatment of a wide range of psychological difficulties and disorders.  He has recently returned to his native northern Minnesota and is very pleased to join Raymone Kral & Associates.

Dr. Bakka works with adults, (including seniors), adolescents, and children.  Experienced in psychodynamic, cognitive-behavioral, DBT, and EMDR therapies, services are available for individuals, couples, and families.  Dr. Bakka helps people with depression, bipolar, and anxiety disorders, including combat veterans with PTSD. He also works with people struggling with stress and grief, cross-cultural issues, career and personal identity crises, substance dependence, the stress of medical illness, survivors of abuse, and people who live with serious and chronic mental illness.



Ronda White, MA, LMFT, LP

Ronda has a Master's Level in Psychotherapy and is licensed as a Marriage and Family Therapist as well as a Psychological Practitioner. Ronda received her training at the University of Minnesota, Duluth and graduated in 1989. She has worked is Superior, WI and Las Vegas, NV as a Psychotherapist. She has also worked for the state of Minnesota. 

 

Ronda has experience in addressing the following: sexual / physical abuse recovery, compulsive behaviors (overeating, gambling, etc.), adjustment disorders for both children and adults, sexual disorders, depression, grief issues, relationship issues, and anger management issues. 

 

Ronda works with children, adolescents, families and adult individuals. Ronda tends to use holistic approach in her work. Her hours are flexible and include some weeknights.



Dana Osborne MA, LPC

Dana Osborne is a licensed professional counselor. She received her Master of Arts degree in educational psychology with an emphasis in community counseling at the University of Minnesota-Duluth Campus. She has worked with people locally serving adults with serious and persistant mental illness, developmental disabilities, sexual and chemical abuse disorders.

Dana provides individual and group therapy to a diverse population with special interest and focus on assisting clients in identifying and achieving attainable, positive goals. She is experienced working with people in issues of anger management, depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, obsessive compulsive disorders, and a range of abuse issues including sexual, physical and emotional abuse.

Dana believes there is a sense of purpose and fulfillment for everyone. She seeks to assist others in their journey to attaining this for themselves.



Diane Brazill, MSW, LGSW
Licensed Graduate Social Worker

  

Diane Brazill believes her role as a psychotherapist is to help individuals, couples, families and groups realize their inner truth, by guiding them on their path toward a more satisfying life. She specializes in women's issues, conflict resolution, adjustment disorders, Jungian analysis, dream work, mental illness, spiritual issues, depression, addiction, P.T.S.D and stress management.

 

Her experience includes providing medical social work and family counseling at St. Mary's Hospital's cardiology department; and working with Vietnam Veterans at North Chicago's Post Traumatic Stress unit, utilizing a variety of treatments including E.M.D.R.  Diane obtained her degree from Loyola University in Chicago.
